CASA NUEVA
Formed in 1985, Casa Nueva is a worker-owned cooperative serving up nouveau-Mexican, southeastern-Ohio style food in Athens County, just off of Court Street in Uptown Athens.
With several expansions throughout its history and a continued commitment to serving locally sourced and delicious Mexican food, Casa is recognized as one of the best restaurants in Ohio. This unique cantina is also popular within the live music scene of Athens, featuring weekly live performances, as well as art shows and open stage nights.
